Typically on a new hospitality venture this is a structured process, however for problem solving in an existing business this is more likely to be a flexible process, integrating your team. Logistics & Cost
Your project timeline and our expected time commitment will be clearly agreed and documented upfront; every project is unique so therefore so is pricing. Dependent upon the agreed strategies and success measures, our fees can be structured hourly, fixed or success-based; we will be transparent and clearly define what is included and do not take commissions from third parties.

We will agree and clearly document upfront, all strategies, deliverables and expected outcomes. Projects will  include required training on procedures or new systems et cetera to empower your team to deliver sustainable success for your venue.
